Very pale lemon yellow colour. Lemon zest and oyster shell aromas. Fresh and crunchy on the palate with lemon zest, lime juice and sea spray notes driven by bright acidity. The finish carries the same energy, leaving a refreshing note.

A warmer year, and richer expression, though still very much in the snappy, crisp white spectrum. It’s just a tad less coiled and saline, with golden apple, Meyer lemon and ripe Tahitian lime and some mid-palate fruit generosity at this early stage. All that sits in neat balance, and, as said, delivers the expected refreshment. It’s a fine drink.
