Inspired by classic Italian lagers. Australian malt and European hops combine to produce a beer with floral aromas, sweet citrus tones and a crisp bitterness.
The distinctive white, red and green cans are now available for purchase exclusively from Mitolo’s McLaren Vale venue.
Continuing his mission to bring the cuisine of his homeland to the world, Lino joins the Mitolo team – leading the kitchen across Little Wolf Osteria, Frankie and weddings.
