Grapes for Jester Rosé are handpicked in the cool of the night, transported to the winery and immediately pressed off their skins, resulting in a light pink wine with rose gold hues.
TASTING NOTE
Delicate floral aromatics, a silky palate with strawberry and raspberry at the core. A gentle thread of fine mineral acidity gives succulence, dancing with a flicker of dry spice to a crisp, mouth watering finish.
